Kyle, a lifelong Skagit County resident, graduated from Washington State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He has worked in the industry for over 20 years. Kyle is on the YMCA of Skagit County Board, United Way of Skagit County Board and is a Rotary member. Kyle and his wife, Kelly, have two children, Ryann and Max. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, biking, and most of all, spending time with his family.

Scott has over 17 years of industry experience. He graduated from Montana State University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and from Seattle University with a master's in business administration. Scott has three children, Loch, Maggie and Charlie. In his spare time he enjoys swimming, golfing and skiing, especially when it involves spending time with his kids.

Heidi has over 31 years of experience in the industry. She has three grown children and one grandchild. A true pet lover, she has a Chihuahua named Chico and feeds several neighborhood "porch kitties." Heidi enjoys reading, walking and trying to keep up with her active family.
