Kyle, a lifelong Skagit County resident, graduated from Washington State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He has worked in the industry for over 26 years. Kyle is on the Skagit Preschool and Resource Center Board (SPARC) and the YMCA of Skagit County Finance Committee. Kyle and his wife, Kelly, have two children, Ryann and Max. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, biking, and most of all, spending time with his family.

Scott has over 25 years of industry experience. He graduated from Montana State University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and from Seattle University with a master's in business administration. Scott has three children, Loch, Maggie and Charlie. In his spare time he enjoys swimming, golfing and skiing, especially when it involves spending time with his kids.

Brittany, a Skagit County native, holds a BA and MBA from Western Washington University. Brittany brings banking and financial solutions experience to the team along with a dedication to helping her clients achieve financial peace. She is on the Mount Vernon Public Schools Foundation Board. Brittany enjoys paddleboarding, spontaneous road trips, and spending time with her family.

Heidi has over 39 years of experience in the industry. She has three grown children and two grandchildren. A true pet lover, she has a Brittany Doodle named Juno. Heidi enjoys reading, walking and trying to keep up with her active family.

Natalie grew up in King County, WA. After earning her BS, she moved to Skagit County and spent several great years in the banking industry. She currently volunteers with the National Organization for Rare Disorders. Natalie enjoys getting out in nature and spending quality time with her family, friends and dogs.
